"En el Nombre del Espiritu Santo, Amen"

Yes, thats right, not a joke, that is how the prayer was finished to end the baptism this last week. Looks like we've still got some things to teach. But the good news is that the baptism went amazing! We had 2 couples get married and then baptized this last Friday! I was almost sure that something would go wrong and that it would fall through, but it didnt! I feel like I escaped with robbery.

This last Tuesday we had zone conference in Sevilla again! It was super fun to be back and to see lots of old friends. We talked lots about how to teach and how we can make it both an experience of spiritual upliftment and comprehension. Many times, people will fake that they understand, when in reality they don't haha.

This Saturday we received transfer news...
I will be staying in Málaga and be receiving a new missionary from the MTC! I'm a little terrified to train but it's gonna be a blast and I'm so glad to be staying here in Málaga.

The past week has been lots of reading in Leviticous, so forgive me for picking a different book. In Numbers 11, Moses is leading the Children of Israel and expresses his struggles.

11 Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child...

14 I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.

He felt like he was incapable of the calling he was given. The Lord responded with these words.

17 And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

18 And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow

The Lord promised Moses that others would lift his burdens with him. They were given a gift of His spirit and were asked to sanctify themselves to lead the people. Sometimes in our lives we will be the ones needing help. The ones relying on others and being humble enough to ask. Other times, we are asked to serve. To help others lift their burdens by sanctifying ourselves and being humble enough to serve. May you serve where you stand and rely on the strength of the Lord and His servants
